Grants – Identifies and applies for grants, researches funding opportunities, and helps manage grant reporting.

Fundraising – Leads fundraising initiatives, donor relations, sponsorships, and capital campaigns.

Programs & Events – Oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of programs, workshops, and events, including the annual Kwanzaa celebration.

Community Engagement – Strengthens relationships with local groups, fosters new partnerships, and ensures inclusivity and accessibility in programs.

History & Archiving – Documents and preserves history, milestones, and cultural contributions through photos and videos.

Volunteer Coordination – Recruits, trains, and organizes volunteers to support programs, events, and initiatives effectively.

Art & Creative Direction – Curates and develops artistic programming, collaborates with local artists, and ensures cultural integrity in creative projects.

Marketing & Communications – Creates content, manages social media outreach, and builds public relations.
